Benchmark Statements

The following Benchmark Statements are listed to satisfy the regulatory requirements of the European Union with regards to listed financial instruments.

These statements apply to:

Benchmarks used within the EU;
Weather based financial instruments where contract is a "listed financial" instrument. "Listed" instruments include those that are traded on exchanges or OTFs and may include weather transactions which link a weather variable with a payout in a listed energy product such as power or gas.
